W.I.T.S

 Hi Bloggers, Today me and my class had to do a D.L.O on W.I.T.S, WITS stand for Walk Away, Ignore, Tell Someone and Seek Help, Wits help people stop getting into fights by repeating this process, we also learned something called adrenaline, adrenaline is the process of our body when we get angry, the line spikes up when we get angry or someone is making fun of you and you really want to hit them, everyone has this, some people's one's are slower and calmer, because they probably barely get angry or it's that their really calm.
